…I Found Them Excruciating.
Sit Down.
Be Quiet.
No Doing Nothing.
No TV.
No Music.
No Video Games.
No Books.
No Nothing.
Just Sit There.
They Never Lasted Longer Than 15-Minutes, But Those Were The Worst 15-Minutes In History Each And Every Time They Were Experienced.
Now, However, They Are An Essential Tool In Learning Something…
…Anything.
At Least, Anything Deemed Important Enough To Truly Truly Remember Remember.
