Wow man. Don’t be so hard on yourself, though. It happens to us all. I think we all have regrets, and regrets are always gonna come more for things we don’t do than things we do… And we probably hold off from doing things cause of doubt!
This is why I enjoy reading your site – so thought provoking. I used to be constantly racked by doubts and I still am sometimes but not nearly as often as I used to be. I was able to change my thought processes and how I react to things although it took years and lots of therapy and so much more. Hang in there.
