Brilliant film. I would call it a horror movie, though. Sure, there is some action and drama, but the events depicted are more horrific than a majority of so called horror films.
Ya Know, I Can Agree It Is A Decent Horror Flick Also.
But, I Can’t Just Call It A Horror Flick. There’s So Much To It. But, Because Of What We’re Talking About, I’m Going To Amend This Post To Include The Horror Label Along With The Action/Drama/Art.
Good Call, Sir.
And I’m Glad You Found It Brilliant.
I Do, Also. 🙂
What about Neeson in Rob Roy? Great flick as well. Haven’t seen The Grey yet but I know Roger Darling wants to check it out. So I’m sure we will. Soon.
I Think You’ll Really Like It, Ms. Renee.
Just Do Me A Favor…
…Watch It One Night…
…Then Watch It Again The Next Night.
Trust Me, It Becomes So Much More Profound The Second Time. You Understand The Character Played By Mr. Neeson So Much More The Second Time Around.
I Totally Wasn’t Sure I Even Liked It At All After The First Viewing.
The More I Watched It, The Better It Got.
It’s Rare For The To Happen With Movies, At Least In My Little Sphere Of Life.
Generally, The First Time You See A Flick, You’re Blown Away, And Then The Flick Slowly (or very quickly) Wears Itself Out.
“THE GREY” Is The Polar-Opposite Of That.
Please Let Me Know What You Think After You’ve Given It A Go. Okie The Dokie?! Coolio!!!

I’m going to rent it this weekend. And watch it twice. 🙂 As for Rob Roy, I don’t know who I like better. Liam Neeson, Tim Roth or Jessica Lange. I think Tim Roth plays a great villian. Plus he’s hot!
Since Everyone Has Been Doing Year-End/Year-Beginning Reviews Of The Best And Worst Of 2012, I Decided To Reblog This One. “THE GREY” Is By Far Far FAR My Favorite Flick From 2012.
I Loved It. Period. And I Know A Lot Of Y’all Did, Also.
A Truly Beautiful Film, Despite Its Brutal Nature.
If We’re Going To Say This Is This… That Is That… Etc Etc Then I Say “THE GREY” Is BOTH The Best AND My Favorite From 2012. 😀
Hope Y’all Liked This Post. Boy, I Sure Did!!! hehehe

The First Time I Watched It, I Was Upset.
The Second Time, I Was Wiser And Happier.
The Third Time, I Was Totally Hooked.
Now, I’ve Probably Seen It, Ohhh…
…Hmm… 412 Times?!?! hahaha
“Neeson At His Best!” Indeed!!!
😀

You convinced me, Bradley. I adore Liam, also–that accent!! Those brooding good looks!–and the plot breakdown (what with the scenery and wolves) sounds fabulous. I always like a good plane wreck, too. 🙂 Maybe I’ll ROKU it later this after!
YAY!!!
Just Remember…
…Watch It TWICE.
The First Time, You May Enjoy It, But You Won’t Be Sure.
The Second Time, It’s All Going To Hit You Like A Wave, And It’ll Sweep You Away.
I’d Call It A Rather Special Film.
I Hope Hope Hope You Enjoy It, Pretty Lady. 🙂
I Think You Will 😀

I was wondering if i should watch this movie or not and now you got me interested. I was procrastinating by passing this on Netflix on a constant basis but that’s my boy right there and i can only imagine what kind of performance he put on considering this one came out after his wife had passed on. Nice choice and by the way loving the new look of your site guess you decided to go bad *** like i did -,o

Much like The Exorcist, this film straddles many different lines. Drama, action, adventure, horror.
