I Know Just How To Whisper…

…And I Know Just How To Cry…

…I Know Just Where To Find The Answers…

…And I Know Just How To Lie…

…I Know Just How To Fake It…

…And I Know Just How To Scheme…

…I know Just When To Face The Truth…

…And Then I Know Just When To Dream…

…And I Know Just Where To Touch You…

…And I Know Just What To Prove…

…I Know When To Pull You Closer…

…And I Know When To Let you Loose…

…And I Know The Night Is Fading…

…And I Know That Time’s Gonna Fly…

…And I’m Never Gonna Tell You Everything I’ve Gotta Tell You…

…But I Know I’ve Got To Give It A Try…

…And I Know The Roads To Riches…

…And I Know The Ways To Fame…

…I Know All The Rules…

…And Then I Know How To Break’em…

…And I Always Know The Name Of The Game…

…But I Don’t Know How To Leave You…

…And I’ll Never Let You Fall…

…And I Don’t Know How You Do It…

…MAKING LOVE OUT OF NOTHING AT ALL. …

One Word, My Peeps…

KARAOKE

!!! !!!! !!!

MAKING LOVE OUT OF NOTHING AT ALL

…Was One Of The Signature Songs From My KARAOKE Days!

I Honestly Don’t Know How Many Times I’ve Performed This One…

…But It’s PLENTY.

πŸ˜‰

In The Navy, And Afterward…

…When We Would Frequent A Few Drinking Establishments…

…We Sometimes Settled On The Place That Had KARAOKE Going At Some Point.

I’m Not A Great Singer.

I’m Not A Bad Singer.

I’m More Of A Neutral’ish Singer.

BUT…

…I Simply LOVE KARAOKE!!!

Always Have.

I Have An Odd Fetish.

I Simply LOVE The Sound Of Amateur Voices.

(teehehehe)

People Who Try To Belt Something Out…

…And Try To Make It All About The Joy Of Doing It…

…Not Caring At All That They’re Butchering The Song.

πŸ˜€

Yep.

Always A Joy, Fo SHO.

I Haven’t Been To A KARAOKE Night In A Couple Years, Now.

But When I Did Go To Them…

AIR SUPPLY

…Was The Group I Most Often Chose To Try My Hand At.

Well…

…Try My Voice At, Actually.

MAKING LOVE OUT OF NOTHING AT ALL

…Was THE SONG I Enjoyed Attempting To Sing Most Most MOST.

Period.

So Hearing It Today Has Really Stuck It In My Head Something Fierce.

But I Suppose That’s A Good Thing.

I Needed A Little Distraction.

AIR SUPPLY

…Has Given Me Said Distraction.

NICE!!!

πŸ˜€

Enjoy The Rest Of Your Day, Cats & Kittens.

I’ll Catch Y’all On The Flip Side!

  1. It’s hard not to love this wuss-anthem!
Your parenthetical notation implies that Air Supply weren’t the first artist to record the song. Is it a cover?

    • Not A Cover, No, But It’s Been Re-Done And Re-Done Again By A Couple Other Peeps.
It Wasn’t Even Written For Air Supply. They Were Just The Guys Who Got Lucky That Other Peeps Turned Down The Chance To Perform It First.
And Yes, It’s Totally Hard To NOT Love A “Wuss-Anthem” Such As This! hahaha
