At 4 p.m. ET, the stage for the Radiohead show in Downsview Park, Toronto collapsed killing 1 and injuring 3 others. The show has been canceled.
This collapse follows a string of stage collapses that have occurred over the last year, the worst of which happened at the Indiana State Fair (three hours from where I live, by the way), minutes before country group Sugarland took the stage. In that instance seven were killed when a strong line of storms blew in.
Lets all send good vibes out to the family of the person who died (as yet unidentified), and the others who were injured. Lets be thankful that no more were killed.
